1. WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We currently deliver within the UK only, England, Ireland, Scotland & Wales.
2. PRODUCT PRICING & CURRENCY.
All of our transactions are in UK pounds sterling. Our prices include VAT at the prevailing rate of 17.5%.
Is my order insured?
All orders shipped to you are fully insured for loss, theft or damage. All ?items returned to us using our preferred delivery partner Royal Mail are also insured. For returns you must request an RA (Return Authorization) and use the returns documentation that is sent to you once you have told us that you would like to return an item.
Note: we are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage if items are returned to us by any other method than our preferred delivery partner.
4. WHAT METHODS OF DELIVERY DO YOU OFFER?
Royal Mail Special Delivery Service
How can I track my order?
We will send you an email when your order is dispatched, containing a tracking number and link. You will be able to track your order through all stages of the delivery process.
What time will my delivery arrive?
We are unable to give an exact time of delivery – you will have a unique online tracking reference to follow your purchases from delivery from our head office to your door.
What happens if there is no one there to accept the delivery?
Our preferred delivery partner will leave a note with details on pickup options.
5. ORDERING & PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Delta & Maestro.
We do NOT accept Solo or Electron or American Express
When do you take payment?
Payment is deducted from your card immediately and will appear on your statement as Mutiboko.
When will my order be processed?
As soon as possible. However, if your order has been placed outside of working hours, it will be processed on the next business day. Our office hours are from 9am – 5pm (GMT) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
6. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
What is your returns policy?
All items apart from sale items may be returned in their original condition within 7 working days following receipt of the goods. Products cannot be returned once worn (as opposed to having been tried on); if we suspect that a Product has been worn we reserve the right to run laboratory tests on the garment to confirm whether it has been worn as opposed to tried on. In the event that it has been worn you will be provided with the results of the test and no refund will be made
Note that all apparel must be returned with the Mutiboko tags attached in their original state.
How do I return a product?

Can I exchange an item?
Of course, when contacting us, please advise the details of the exchange including relevant size and colour information.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer full refunds on items returned within 7 working days following receipt of the order. ?Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information of our refund policy. Note that we do not refund delivery costs or import duties.
Who pays for return delivery?
All shipping costs will be borne by you and will be deducted from the refund. Our carriage funds are therefore non refundable.
Do you refund delivery, taxes or duties?
We do not refund delivery or duties on any order.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bustline.
Natural Waistline: Find the natural crease of your waist by bending ?to one side and measure the waistline (or between your ribcage and your naval).
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips located approximately?8 to 9 inches below your natural waistline.
